Effective May 14th, 2026  ·  Last Updated May 14th, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at queenannessuppliers.com (the "Site") and any related services, content, features, or products (collectively, the "Services") offered by Queen Anne's Suppliers LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("QAS," "we," "us," or "our"), operating out of 4405 Wrightsville Ave, Suite C, Wilmington, North Carolina.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access the Site, view product pages, place an order, or use any of the Services.

By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • You are not prohibited by applicable law from purchasing, possessing, or using the products we sell; and
  • You will provide accurate identification upon request to verify your age and identity.

We reserve the right to verify your age at any point in the order process and to refuse, cancel, or void any order for which age cannot be confirmed. We do not knowingly sell to or collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that an individual under 21 has provided us with information or placed an order, we will cancel the order and delete the information.

3. About Our Products

QAS sells hemp-derived products, including but not limited to high-THCa flower, concentrates, and related accessories. All products we sell are intended to be derived from federally compliant hemp, meaning hemp containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) by dry weight, as defined under the federal Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill") and applicable North Carolina law, including N.C.G.S. Chapter 18D.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from independent, third-party laboratories are available for our products. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable COA prior to purchase.

3.1 FDA and Health Disclaimers

The statements made on this Site, on our packaging, and through our marketing have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any of our products, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have any pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are otherwise concerned about possible interactions or effects. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.2 Drug Testing Warning

Our products may contain tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCa) and other cannabinoids. When THCa is exposed to heat — including through smoking, vaping, or cooking — it converts to Delta-9 THC through a process called decarboxylation. Standard drug tests cannot distinguish between Delta-9 THC originating from hemp-derived products and Delta-9 THC originating from marijuana. Use of our products may result in a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing for any reason — including employment, athletic competition, probation, or child custody matters — you should not purchase or use our products. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of a failed drug test.

3.3 Use, Storage, and Operation of Vehicles or Machinery

Do not operate motor vehicles, heavy machinery, or perform any task requiring full mental alertness while under the influence of our products. Keep all products out of reach of children, pets, and any person under 21. Store products in a cool, dry place in their original packaging.

3.4 Federal and State Law

The legal status of hemp-derived products is evolving at both the federal and state levels. You acknowledge that:

  • Federal law may change. Public Law 119-37, enacted in November 2025, takes effect November 12, 2026, and is expected to impose new limits on total THC in hemp-derived products. Such changes may affect product availability, formulation, and lawfulness.
  • State law may differ from federal law. You are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, and use of our products is lawful in your state and locality before placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders to any state, locality, or address based on legal, regulatory, or operational considerations, and may change the jurisdictions to which we sell at any time without notice.

4. Account Registration

If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at queenannessuppliers@gmail.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including (without limitation) for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected age misrepresentation, or any conduct that may expose us, other users, or third parties to legal or operational risk.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order, not acceptance.

We reserve the right, without liability, to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, limits on quantities available, or our inability to verify age or identity;
  • Correct pricing or product information at any time, including after an order has been placed; and
  • Discontinue any product at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. You are responsible for any sales or use tax, excise tax, or other tax that applies to your purchase.

6. Payment

We accept the forms of payment displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors and is subject to their terms; QAS does not store full payment card information on its servers.

If payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not received in full, we may suspend or cancel your order, suspend your account, and pursue any other remedy available to us under applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms, including available carriers, processing times, restricted destinations, and risk-of-loss rules, are described separately and may be updated from time to time. Where shipping is offered, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any address-related delivery failures.

We do not ship to any jurisdiction in which our products are not lawful, and we reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address that, in our judgment, presents a legal, regulatory, or safety concern.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged or Tampered Product

Because of the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final except as expressly set out below or as required by applicable law.

  • Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at queenannessuppliers@gmail.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, with photographs of the damage and the original packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
  • Tamper-evident packaging. Our products are packaged in tamper-evident or heat-sealed packaging. If the seal on your product is broken upon delivery, contact us within 72 hours. Once the seal is broken by you or by anyone other than the carrier or QAS, we are no longer responsible for the contents of the package.
  • Incorrect product. If you receive a product that does not match the product you ordered, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
  • Order errors. If an error in your order is caused by you (e.g., incorrect address, wrong item selected at checkout), we are not responsible for the resulting consequences. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist, but no refund or replacement is guaranteed.

Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method. Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from QAS.

9. Wholesale Terms

The following terms apply to any purchase from QAS designated as a wholesale order. These terms are in addition to, and where they conflict, supersede, the retail terms above with respect to wholesale transactions.

9.1 Jurisdiction Limitation

Wholesale sales are made only to buyers operating within North Carolina. We do not currently offer wholesale to buyers operating in any other state. Wholesale buyers represent and warrant that they will not resell or transfer QAS products into any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

9.2 Minimum Order and Capacity

The wholesale minimum order is one-half pound (½ lb) per transaction. Wholesale capacity ranges up to and beyond two hundred (200) pounds of flower per order, subject to availability. All wholesale pricing is by quote only and is not published on the Site.

9.3 Buyer Representations and Warranties

By placing a wholesale order, the buyer represents and warrants that the buyer:

  • Is at least 21 years of age and is authorized to act on behalf of the purchasing business;
  • Holds all licenses, permits, and registrations required under applicable law to purchase, possess, and resell hemp-derived products, including (where applicable) registration with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under Chapter 18D;
  • Will resell QAS products only to outlets that are themselves authorized to sell hemp-derived products and that enforce a 21+ age requirement at the point of sale;
  • Will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, packaging, labeling, testing, and reporting requirements applicable to the products purchased; and
  • Will not make any representation about QAS products beyond what appears on QAS-supplied packaging, marketing materials, or COAs.

9.4 Indemnification by Wholesale Buyer

In addition to the indemnification obligations set out below, wholesale buyers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QAS, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) the buyer's resale, distribution, repackaging, relabeling, or marketing of QAS products; (b) the buyer's breach of any representation or warranty in Section 9.3; or (c) the buyer's failure to comply with any applicable law in connection with QAS products.

9.5 Wholesale Payment Terms

Wholesale invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed in writing in advance. Past-due balances may bear interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate wholesale relationships for nonpayment or for any breach of these wholesale terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its contents — including the Queen Anne's Suppliers name, logos, taglines (including but not limited to "Blackbeard Approved," "Not All Treasure is Buried," "Worth the Voyage," and "Drop Anchor, Light Up"), product names, photographs, illustrations, copy, design elements, and software — are owned by QAS or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on the Site grants you any right or license to use any QAS intellectual property except as expressly permitted in writing by QAS. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, scrape, mirror, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation;
  • Resell or redistribute products purchased through the Site except as expressly permitted under our wholesale terms;
  • Use any automated means — including bots, scrapers, or crawlers — to access the Site without our prior written consent (other than well-behaved search engine crawlers);
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or our infrastructure;
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; or
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the Services.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of that third party.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, the Services, and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products or regarding the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information provided through the Site beyond what is set out in the applicable Certificate of Analysis.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; to the extent such exclusions are not permitted, the warranties excluded above are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will QAS, its members, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the Services, or any product, regardless of the legal theory and even if QAS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, the Services, or any product is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to QAS for the specific product giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages; to the extent such limitations are not permitted, the limitations above are applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QAS, its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site, the Services, or any product; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or of any third party's rights; or (d) any representation or warranty made by you on the Site that proves to be false.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, the Services, or any product, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina, for any action that is not subject to mandatory arbitration or that is permitted to be brought in court under these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and to preserve the parties' intent.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written agreement between you and QAS, constitute the entire agreement between you and QAS regarding the Site, the Services, and any products purchased, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.

19. Force Majeure

QAS is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, governmental actions, regulatory changes, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunication failures, or carrier delays.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

1. Introduction

Queen Anne's Suppliers LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("QAS," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you when you visit queenannessuppliers.com (the "Site") or use any of our related services, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have about it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and to information collected by QAS. It does not apply to information collected by any third-party website, service, or application that you may access through links on the Site, even if those third parties use a QAS logo or are affiliated with QAS.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who visits the Site, creates an account, places an order, contacts us, signs up for our communications, or otherwise interacts with us through the Site. You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site or its services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. See Section 10 for additional information.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information we receive from third parties.

3.1 Information You Provide

When you interact with the Site, you may provide us with information including:

  • Account information. If you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, password, and date of birth (used to confirm age).
  • Order information. When you place an order, we collect information necessary to fulfill it, such as your billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, the products you ordered, and a record of the transaction. Payment card information is collected by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers in full form.
  • Age verification information. Depending on how we verify age, we may collect a photo or scan of a government-issued ID, your date of birth, and the result of any third-party age-verification check we run.
  • Wholesale information. If you inquire about or place a wholesale order, we may collect information about your business, including business name, address, license or registration numbers, points of contact, and ordering history.
  • Communications. If you contact us by email, web form, phone, or other means, we collect the information you provide in that communication, including your name, contact details, and the contents of your message.
  • Marketing preferences. If you subscribe to our marketing communications, we collect your email address and any preferences you indicate.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with the Site, including:

  • Technical information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, device identifiers, language settings, and referring/exit URLs.
  • Usage information. Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the Site, scroll depth, navigation paths, search terms used on the Site, products viewed and added to cart, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Approximate location. A general geographic region (such as city or state) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data from the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4 below.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as:

  • Payment processors (confirmation that a payment was successful, the last four digits of the card used, the type of card);
  • Shipping carriers (delivery confirmation, address corrections);
  • Age-verification providers (the result of an age check);
  • Analytics and advertising partners (aggregated reports on Site usage); and
  • Public sources and our affiliates and service providers, where legally permitted.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

A "cookie" is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, secure your account, analyze how the Site is used, and understand what is working.

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. Required to operate the Site, including for shopping cart functionality, login sessions, age-gate verification, and security. These cannot be turned off without breaking core Site functionality.
  • Functional cookies. Remember choices you have made (such as language or display preferences) to improve your experience.
  • Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. See Section 5 (Google Analytics).
  • Marketing/advertising cookies. Where used, these support marketing measurement and may be set by us or by third-party marketing partners.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, and most browsers will let you set preferences for different categories. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site to not function. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:

  • Your IP address (truncated/anonymized where supported);
  • The pages you view and the order in which you view them;
  • The amount of time you spend on each page;
  • The site or source that referred you to us; and
  • Aggregate information about the device, browser, and operating system you are using.

This information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers that may be located outside the State of North Carolina and outside the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate Site usage on our behalf, compile reports for us, and provide other services related to Site activity and internet usage.

You can opt out of Google Analytics for any website by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, available at:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

You can also learn more about how Google handles data collected through its services at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If we enable Google Analytics Advertising Features (such as Remarketing or Demographics & Interests reporting), this policy will be updated to reflect that, and additional disclosures and opt-out options will be provided.

6. How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

  • Verifying your age and eligibility to use the Site;
  • Processing, fulfilling, and tracking your orders, including arranging shipment, payment, and customer service;
  • Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Site;
  • Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other unlawful activity;
  • Communicating with you about your orders, account, support requests, and policy changes;
  • Sending you marketing communications you have opted into, and tailoring those communications based on your interests and prior interactions with us;
  • Conducting analytics, including measuring traffic, identifying trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing;
  • Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, including those under N.C.G.S. Chapter 18D and any applicable federal hemp law;
  • Enforcing our Terms & Conditions and any other applicable agreement; and
  • Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, or for which you have given your consent.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. We may, however, share information in the following ways:

  • Service providers. We share information with third parties that perform services for us, such as website hosting, payment processing, age verification, shipping and logistics, order management, customer support, email marketing, analytics, and advertising. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform their services for us.
  • Payment processors. Payment card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not retain full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Compliance and legal. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal obligation; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to protect our rights, property, or safety; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, employees, or others.
  • Business transfers. If QAS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (such as by email and/or a prominent notice on the Site) of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any purpose for which you have given consent.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for any purpose.

Some of our analytics and advertising partners — including Google Analytics — may collect information through cookies and similar technologies in a manner that, under certain state privacy laws, is considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information. See Section 9 for your opt-out rights.

8. Marketing Communications

If you sign up to receive marketing emails or texts from us, you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by replying STOP to any marketing text (where applicable), or by contacting us at queenannessuppliers@gmail.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send you transactional and operational messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and policy changes.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

9.1 General Rights

Where granted by applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access. Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you.
  • Delete. Request that we delete personal information about you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may need to retain certain information for tax, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes).
  • Opt out of sale or sharing. Where applicable, opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Opt out of certain marketing. Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Non-discrimination. Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at queenannessuppliers@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9.2 California Residents

If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"). These rights include the rights described in Section 9.1 above, as well as the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable).

For purposes of the CCPA, in the twelve months preceding the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 3, for the purposes described in Section 6, and we have shared those categories with the recipients described in Section 7. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of California residents under 16 years of age, and the Site is not intended for any person under 21.

To exercise your CCPA rights, including the right to opt out of any "sale" or "share" as those terms are defined under the CCPA, submit a request to queenannessuppliers@gmail.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, in accordance with CCPA requirements.

9.3 Other State Residents

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another U.S. state that grants similar privacy rights, you may have rights comparable to those described above, subject to the requirements and exceptions of your state's law. To exercise those rights, contact us at queenannessuppliers@gmail.com.

9.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is currently no industry standard for how to interpret these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through the cookie and analytics options described above.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for, and is not directed to, anyone under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a person under 21, please contact us at queenannessuppliers@gmail.com and we will take prompt steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information.

11. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. These measures include encryption of data in transit, restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, and use of reputable service providers for hosting, payment processing, and other functions involving personal information.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will either delete it or de-identify it.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third parties before providing them with your information.

14. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
